We currently offer exchanges for Hong Kong orders only. We do not provide returns.

Exchange Eligibility

• All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Cash‑on‑delivery return shipments will not be accepted
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging
• Sale / discounted items are not eligible for exchange
• For hygiene reasons, lingerie, activewear, swimwear, and bodysuits cannot be exchanged unless defective

Additional Terms

• Each order is eligible for one exchange only
• If the requested item for exchange is unavailable, the exchange cannot be completed.
• After your exchange request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.
